Breech baby👎🏼

I am 36W 2D and yesterday I was told by my OB that my little one is still in breech position. I told him I had been feeling some pressure so he checked my cervix and I am 3 CM dilated. He also mention that he could feel heavy pressure coming towards the opening and after discovering her exact position via ultrasound has determined it is her feet. He told me I have no other choice than a C section unless she turns at the very last moments, which he doesn't see possible due to her feet pushing so hard on the cervix. He has scheduled me a planned C section at my 39 weeks mark. I am so depressed and feel saddened because this was not in my plans being a FTM. Has anyone been in this position and could give me some insights? Anything advice will help, thank you! 😔
