Excruciating pelvic/pubic pain at nights. 6 weeks pregnant x

I had this with my last pregnancy also (which ended as mc at 5w 3).

Basically I get cramps through the day which is fine, but every single night I'm woken with excruciating pain in my pubic bone! It last for about 20 minutes and makes me cry and scream (no exaggeration!). It happens at any point during the night and I physically cannot cope with it. I'm dreading tonight. Has anybody ever had this? I want to go to the hospital in the hope that they could help me but I doubt they would. Xxx
