Pain during sex after miscarriage

Quick question: this was my first AF since my miscarriage in Feb. Mar 27- April 1. Anyway, hubby & I bd this morning and it hurt like he was too deep & it's never felt like that. & when I had to stop there was a light orange color blood. It was a natural miscarriage so I am worried that something is wrong. Any of you ladies have this happen? It actually made my double over in pain after.
