Seeking reassurance

I have HG, we think. Haven't kept a thing down for days. Had a scan on the 31st saw the heart rate and everything (was 9w). Have been pretty violently puking (including puking blood)... Today went to the restroom (bm) after puking and there was dark red blood. Just a little on a couple tissues when I wiped and it stopped. I'll call my OB in the morning but can that be caused by puking? I have no pain or cramps... Just nausea still. I bled around the time my period waa due last month - but it was very pale brownish pink and only a couple days. They were supposed to come out and give me an IV today but they didn't... Now I'm all stressed out.
