Acne stinks!

My gosh! My face has gone from porcelain smooth to 13 year old acne ridden middle schooler since coming off of birth control. Anyone have any safe go-to facial cleansers that they're using? Not pregnant yet, just TTC and being cautious. I've been using Proactiv since 2002 but I'm looking for something more all natural or at least pregnant lady safe. Thanks ladies! 😊
