Even with a blood test it would still come up neg it takes 6-12 dpo to implant it's got to get in there and start producing the hormone even if it was to say happen at 4 dpo there isn't enough time to increase hormone levels

The egg needs at least a week to implant into the uterus.... The pregnancy hormone is only released after implantation
