Do toddlers know?

So I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my second and every time I ask my 2 year old boy where the baby is he points to my belly and says, "right there!" I then ask him if it's a boy or a girl and every time he respond, "girl! Baby girl!" I started to think maybe he says girl because that's the last word I use in the sentence so I have been asking, "is it a girl or a boy?" And he still responds girl! Do toddlers have some crazy out of this world knowledge of things like this?! We think it's a boy still but i guess we will find out in a few days! Wondering if any other 2nd time mamas have had similar experiences?
