Abnormal pap while pregnant

I had a pap at my last appointment and the results came back and said there were abnormal cells on my cervix.  I've had this before and was told it was on the low end of an HPV spectrum.  They said there was nothing to worry about and the dr. would just look at it a little closer at my next appointment which is in two weeks.  Anyone else ever deal with this during pregnancy?  I'm currently 14w 2d.
