Could I be pregnant

So the last few days I've been throwing up, had extremely tender breasts, been really tired, have a metallic taste in my mouth, headache, nausea, a funny feeling, and haven't wanted to eat. Also the sound of certain foods is making me nauseous. And things that I eat and love (like chicken fajita with ranch, cheese, and lemon juice or alfredo sauce with spaghetti noodles) has been making me throw up. I've taken several pregnancy shots maybe like 11 and out of those 11 4 were positive. I don't know
