Maternity leave

ashley
Unfortunately I just started a new job in January so even though I would get time off it won't be paid. Also, I hurt myself badly at work only two weeks after starting and was out on workman's comp for two weeks. They are counting those two weeks as part of my medical leave which only gives me 10 weeks of unpaid leave!!! Does that sound right?? I have a workman's comp attorney but right now he working on the fact workman's comp won't approve my physical therapy which I was hoping to have completed by now ! Those two weeks shouldn't count against my leave should they?
