Newbie

Hi Ladies, I'm Melphine.. :) I've been married and trying to conceive for almost 6 years now. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 years ago. Been undergone medical treatment (oral meds, etc.) but no luck at all. My recent transvaginal ultrasound shows that cysts in my ovaries are slowly counting low so there's a lot of hopes for me to conceive. :) Today, my period is due, got spotting earlier and my breasts still feel so sore. Experiencing some crampings, feel nauseated at times. Do you think, this is it? Hopefully.. :)
