Endo and preg help

Does anyone know anything about endo and pregnacy.?  We have been ttc for a year and past couple weeks I have just feltprego. I know sounds weird but I have and been beyond exhausted and having to pee ALOT. but I started bleeding 3 days late so just thought was my period and thought my hormones were being weird . But when I check my cervix it feels high kinda firm and very closed. And normally I can basically stick the tip of my finger on it when af. But it feels super closed. I'm so confused. Has anyone had bleeding and been preg?
