Getting a tattoo after birth?

How long are you suppose to wait to get tattoo after you have your baby?? (Not breastfeeding)

I got a large tattoo and was still breastfeeding. Heck my fiancé stopped by on a break so we could nurse! It is completely safe.

There is no evidence suggesting tattoos affect the breastfeeding relationship in any way of have any effect on the breastmilk. Do it whenever you feel comfortable!

The tattoo doesn't effect BREASTFEEDING. But breastfeeding lowers your immune system because your baby is leeching your antibodies. It's more likely you'll get an infection, which would then harm the baby through the milk. That's why people tell you to wait.
But do whatever you want.
Honestly I couldn't imagine dealing with tattoo pain and my daughter but do you.
