Help! Positive HPT BUT negative blood work.

I got a positive home pregnancy test a few days ago. I went yesterday to get blood work, my results came back today that my blood test was negative. The numbers were 0.01. They are having me come in tomorrow morning for another blood draw. I have fatigue, frequent unirnation, tender breasts and sore nipples, slight "crampy" feelings and sick to my stomach not to mention I'm a week late for AF today.

Has this happened to anyone?? Negative blood results as low as 0.01 and a positive hpt? Did you still wind up being pregnant?!
