Seriously??

Ok so I've been writing about being late, was supposed to start the 18th, spotted for a couple of days..super light cramps(which never happens) then stopped. Took two tests, both negative. Then finally yesterday thought I'd started, cramps light as well as the flow (more spotting than anything)..again not normal. Here we are today and stopped cramping stopped flow. Making an appts this weekend but any thoughts?
