Phantom baby kicks?

Anyone else sometimes feel like they're being kicked by a fetus, but aren't pregnant anymore? I'm over 7 weeks pp and sometimes I get this feeling.

I thought I was crazy! I feel kicks so I go to touch my belly out of habit and I was like WOAH! I'm not pregnant anymore....anyone find out what it really is? I shall go check on the almighty Google now lol

Yesssss. So unsettling! I'm 8w post partum and often wake up at night thinking baby is kicking in my belly.

I have extremely real feeling phantom kicks, to the point I'll even lay my hand on my belly to see if I can feel them that way, my baby is nearing 8 months at the end of this month, and it drives me crazy. My husband thinks I'm insane but they are getting to the point they feel like I'm pregnant again, even though the tests have said negative
