Does this sound like a miscarriage?

I've been TTC since December. Haven't had too bad of periods until 3 weeks ago. I've been on my period for 3 weeks. This morning I passed a LARGE clot. Or what seemed to be a clot. Then I passed another in the shower. I've had abdomen pains. And I'm really really scared guys. Please tell me what to do.

Abnormal periods and bleeding can mean so many things, my miscarriage was nothing like that, but every pregnancy and Body is different.
