Porn!

So I think I'm addicted to porn well I'm not sure, me and my boyfriend are in a long distant relationship and we haven't really spent that much time apart except from now and I'm turning into my bad ways again, always watching porn whenever I can except the issue is that all I do is think of him when I finish like I don't know if I feel guilty or what but sometimes i'll cry afterwards and I'm not sure if it's because I miss him being next to me or whatever I just don't know. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or something like this
