What do I do?¿

So me and my ex have been split up for a while now and we haven't really spoken. But recently he's been messaging me and being a bit cheeky😏 however he has a girlfriend now. He asked me to meet up because he knows I'm single and he wants to pleasure me. I like the idea and we've been together before and it's been great! But I'm not sure what to do because he is still the love of my life but I would never get back together even if he was single because the breakup was bad.
