Hey all fitness ppl! I have about 30 lbs to lose, I just started going to the gym and I already eat fairly healthy, mainly whole foods and not much sugar. If I can only go to the gym 3 times a week (doing cardio and weights) how close to my goal do you think I can get by summer? Also, if there are any tips you have for me that would be great!
