Plz tell me someone has done KEGALS !
I bought some kegal balls from intamina and I've googled how to know if you're doing kegals correctly and I don't know what to do. It says to put the ball in 2 cm but as soon as I put it in my vagina sucks it SUPER far up where the string hardly hangs out. And then it's really hard to get it out!! What am I doing wrong?
