Symtoms eased of 10 weeks

I'm prgnant with twins my symtoms have Defo eased of a. It worried I never had extreme symtoms but now there barley any I sleep great at night waken up once to pee, boobs still tender and nipples but tiredness less nausea gone that was only mild I thought I herd baby heart beat with Doppler now think maybe mine or placenta not got my scan till 19th anyone got reassurance advice. I'm not callin Epu as the say they cone and go and won't do anything I no they come and go but jst bcz its twins I feel should b strong x
