Grocery shopping with twins

Experienced twin/multiple mommies. How do you do it? Since your typical shopping cart only has one seat (when they can sit up obviously). How do you do it when they are newborns/still can't sit up yet? My twins can't go out in public yet because they haven't had their vaccines yet, they were born at 33 weeks and were too small. I'm mostly worried about going to the grocery store, I just have no clue how to do it 😂 I have a tandem stroller (front and back, not side by side) and I have a Moby and Boba wrap
