Is this name weird?

If our baby's Is a girl we decided on the name adalind elena. My husband's family asked us last night what it would be and when I told them they looked at me weird. They told me it sounded like a drug name. I said well I guess you will be calling her a drug name because if it's a girl that's the name we picked. 
Do you think it's strange?

I like it better without the d. Adaline. But, that being said, I feel like Adeline, Addison, etc are so popular right now. There are going to be a ton of Addys.

I didn't vote because it's your baby so no one elses opinion matters. I haven't told anyone my girl's name(if we have a girl). Lol I'm so secretive that I may not even tell people what I'm having unless they're invited to the baby shower.

That name is pretty and unique, sounds like madalin, IDC what people say about my daughters name anymore, I had a friend and I cut her off because she said my daughter will get bullied since her name is "Tazanna (Tuh-Zahn-Na)". But after that I just had no care in the world. It's my daughter, I'm carrying her for 9 months, no one but my S/O helped create her lol so you shouldn't care what your family or friends thinks

People are always going to have an opinion. You could have said Kelly Ann or something very common and some people would still frown. I think the name you picked is super cute but that's just an opinion too. All that matters is that you like it.

I wouldn't say it's strange, but it's definitely unique. This is your child and you can name her whatever you want. I wouldn't let anyone phase you. Everyone in my family tried to change our choice for a girl. We're naming her Kenzie Lorraine. I just smile and nod at this point.
