High blood flow?

I'm currently 32+5 with b/g twins. On my last ultrasound a week ago they seen the little girl was only 2.11 and the boy was almost 4 lbs. they did another ultrasound today no measurements done during the ultrasound the doctor said the girl has a high blood flow which he wants to watch closely. My ob said I was mildly pre eclampsic since my blood pressure has been normal. THe specialist said if there is any changes in me he would want to deliver them, but my OB hasn't talked about delivery options every time I ask she said it was too soon. Just curious if anyone is going or went through similar situation
