Different ways to go into labor

I'm due in 20days & have been having contractions the past week. My Dr has never checked me to see if I'm dilated yet which is irritating bc he says I can go into early labor. I know babies come on their own time & tbh I'm kinda tired of hearing that . I have really bad acid reflex so I'm trying different ways for my son to come. Walking & sex hasn't helped much. Yesterday I ate Chinese & had contractions that lasted 5mins total maybe a little bit longer. Just trying to figure out other ways to try to get him to come
