Anyone else shocked?

Is anyone else shocked by the ardent defenders & glorifiers of pornography?? I literally cannot believe how many women support their husbands watching it & watch it themselves. Especially given how many SCIENTIFIC reasons there are for pornography being bad. It honestly makes me so sad. And some of the comments on posts asking for support are straight up mean & demeaning. 😔 Anyone else feel this way?

Yeah. I've tried to defend those who speak out against pornography, but to no avail. It's really disheartening how socially acceptable it has become.

I just love it when they say all men watch it. No. Not all men watch it. Mine doesn't. And it's not okay in my relationship. And then you get torn apart for thinking that way. It's insane to me.

Totally agree. Cheating is when you list over someone or something other than your spouse. It's cheating and it's poisonous. It blows my mind how many women defend it.

I'm a little late to the conversation, but it scares me how normalized and mainstream it's become.

Even cable TV shows and the like add it in there with no discretion whatsoever, to the point that it's not just merely implied, but that you have sit through it.

It scares me to think how easily my son's will come across it, with or without even trying, at any age. And even more difficult that my husband and I are going to be up against it in trying to parent to them why it's wrong, but everywhere makes it seem fine if not normal.

It's not just a men's problem either! Although women are less visual so they tend to get addicted to erotica, which is totally a form of porn. Just look at the success of the 50 Shades of Grey books :( so sad how normalized it all is!
