Ectopic Shocker!
We were aiming for an IVF cycle April 2016. Been on BC for a month and what do they discover during our baseline ultrasound today? An 8-wk ectopic pregnancy! Son-of-a-b**ch...
Blessedly small/low HCG, so no surgery, treating with Methotrexate, and IVF goes on pause for another 3 months. Really, I was very lucky they caught it before rupture, but can I just say... Well, a whole lot of curse words... You can fill in the blanks with your favorites.
Can anyone else share a story of IVF post-Methotrexate? Could use some tea & sympathy... If you've got some handy.
