Coke or Pepsi and morning sickness?

Okay so I've seen a couple of posts of people saying that a Pepsi or coke really helps with their nausea. I'm not a soda drinker usually HOWEVER if that'll get rid of my morning sickness I will gladly sip on one haha! Have any of you found it helps?

I've heard gingerale is best. Canadian Dry is made with real ginger and ginger helps reduce nausea and I think something about the carbonation helps too. Also no caffeine in gingerale, while there is in Coke/Pepsi.

Honestly, gingerale. And not the regular kind. Canada Dry has a few different flavours, and the flavoured kind really helped me. I had morning sickness from weeks 8-13, and I drank cranberry gingerale and it helped SO MUCH!!

Ginger helps a lot. My morning sickness was Terrible in my first trimester. I couldn't even drink water. You can get ginger essential oil and rub a drop on the inside of each wrist or ginger ale works pretty good too. You can even eat raw ginger if you can stand the taste.

I drank Sprite since Coke has caffeine. It only works once in awhile for me. I prefer ice cold lemonade haha

I've never heard of this. All of that sugar makes me cringe.

Try peppermint altoids and eating something before you get out of bed.

I drank a coke every couple of weeks when I was desperate for relief and trust me I tried everything. It calmed my stomach a little... To the point where I could handle life again haha. Just don't make it a point to have one too often.

I believe it is the carbonation that helps. I recommend sparkling water (flavored if you prefer it). La Croix or any other brand that has zero sugar. Much better for you than any soda.
