My boyfriend and I are ready to take our relationship to the next level with a baby. I currently have as 9 year old, and she was an oops. I've never planned a baby. I will be getting my Mirena. I know everyone is different, but I'm super nervous on how long it will take to conceive. Any suggestions would be great.
