Need another opinion

Ok. opk's. I said I wasn't going to, especially this month because hubby just had his vasectomy reversed & his guys need to turn over some old swimmers & make new & Doc said that will take 4-6 months. But I was curious & caved. I know how to read these, just making sure I'm reading this that I had a long surge. And yes, my hormone levels are perfect, I've had all that tested. *I don't have other days because poor hubby trashed them trying to help me, (dislocated & fractured left thumb, sprained right thumb from 2 different accidents & scoliosis back is acting up) without realizing what he trashed. Top 2 were Friday 630am & 2pm. Middle was Saturday 630 am. The 3 are Sunday 630am, 1230 & 6pm because I was wondering what was going on. Last one was this morning at 7am. I drink a lot of water. So that no fluids & hold urine thing doesn't work too well for me during the day. I know a surge can show up for 12-24 hours & it looks like it peaked Sunday... But this is longer than 12-24 hrs of positives. Thoughts? I emailed to my Doc & the midwife I work with for input but they won't respond for a while. Thanks ladies!
