Mirena insertion

Hello everyone! I am getting the mirena in about a week and a half now and I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or warning for me. I'm pretty nervous about getting it put in, I hear it hurts pretty badly. My doctor also told me I could not have sex for 2 weeks leading up to it. As the days go by I keep getting even more nervous about it 😁 hoping I don't chicken out
