Implantation bleeding or period?

OK ladies, I'm not sure if I'm going crazy or what.... I was supposed to start my period on the 8th of this month. I had two days of spotting and then nothing. Few days later I got a migraine that lasted for 3 days straight! 😬 then yesterday I spotted again so I thought I finally started my period?! I have NOOOO cramps. Anyone else expercied this and ended up pregnant? What were your symptoms with implantation??
