Starving all day, nothing helps

I am very overwhelmed and frustrated with how hungry I am. I eat healthy, I exercise, I drink water, I eat lean proteins, snack on fruits/yogurt/almonds/protein shakes. A meal will get me through 1-2 hours, a snack will not even last 30 minutes and will make me hungrier. How have you guys dealt with this? All I read is advice on things I'm already doing :'(
