Emotional & just wanting everything to be okay.

I knew I had a slow leak of amniotic fluid and knew something was wrong. Just gave birth to my little boy yesterday & was excited to bring him home tomorrow. Come to find out he has bacteria/infection and has to be sent to ICU for a minimum of 2 days. If the second test comes back positive he has to stay for 7-10 days and if it comes back negative he'll be sent home. The last couple times I've been in and out of the hospital because of leakage and contractions I was tested positive twice for amniotic fluid leakage but of course everyone was stuck on the "false positives". No doctor should think it's false positive when I'm being examed and there's clearly fluid coming out and you see it. Not only was I ruptured for a long time, I was sends home when they even told me an option was to induce. I blame the doctors and high risk doctors for putting my son at risk because not only does he have bacteria and has to be in the ICU for 2 days? I was looked at as a joke until my water finally broke the day I was discharged for a second time. A woman knows her body & she KNOWS WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG.
