Braxton hicks??!!

Iam 25 weeks today and having dull upper abdominal pain for past two days... ️Hav no idea if this is Braxton or not?? How exactly will Braxton feel like? Any suggestions are welcome ...

Braxton hicks usually i feel it lower belly it tightens &gets hard. .bit uncomfy

If you know where your fundus is.. the top of your uterus.. which at 25 weeks is slightly above your belly button.. and you place your fingers on it you can physically feel it tighten with braxton hicks.. you may also feel like the baby has balled up to one side.. that is braxton hicks.   If they go away when you switch positions or lay down for a while they are braxton.. if you can time them and they get more progressively painful those are real contractions
