Compacting embryo day 3

Anyone have any luck with a day 3 compacting embryo? I transferred two embryos today at day 3. Both 8 cell but by the time I got there one had turned into a compacting morula. Only 3 hours after the lab told me they were 8 cell. I thought that didn't happen until day 4? My first ivf my embryos were actually compacting on day 5 and blasts on day 6 now this one was 2 days faster. It may seem like a good sign but I know they say too fast isn't good. Any experience would be appreciated
