Trigger shots

Ok just took my first round of increased Clomid of 150mg cycle day 5-9 and trigger shot cd 13. I have bd a day before shot and everyday since them per my doctor. Anything I can do to help? I take prenatals and extra folic acid. I do have progesterone supp I can take if I get pregnant but I read some take before? I have both ovaries but one tube due to ectopic pregnancy surgery Jan of this year and 7 other losses as well
