Insides feel different

My daughters father and I had sex the other night and when we finished he said my insides didn't feel the same. We have been having sex since 2011 and I have not been with anyone else since then. He said it felt like my uterus dropped 😒😒😒.  I'm not sure what that's means or why. Has that happened to anyone else
