I don't want to take a test

Is it bad I don't want to take a pregnancy test?? I'm in high school and I'm jut so scare to even take one! I've been having cramps and peeing a lot and plus my period hasn't came but it might have to do with stress. But I'm only in high school and I don't even want to take a tet cause I'm so acted to find out omg I know this is ba I'm just freaking please give me advice ):
