Cramps

For the past few months my cramps have been really bad that I would have to miss a few days of school. I want to ask my mom if she can put me on birth control because I feel like it would help and ibuprofen and aleve and all that stuff doesn't help but I don't know how to ask her?? I need advice😬😬😬
