Is this a wart?

This is between my index finger and my thumb and I think it's a wart. It's really hard to notice so I circled it. If it is can I just cut it out now? I'm really pissed off about this. I got rid of the pain in the ass warts on my hand when I was a kid and now this? Hell no. I will cut it off.

No need to cut off, if you can see a doctor they have a medication that is used once and will kill it off. If you can't see a doctor dip a cotton ball in Braggs raw apple cider vinegar and put a piece big enough to cover it on the wart and place a bandaid to hold it on OR you can use simple grey duct tape and leave it on for a full solid week and make sure it's on good and no air can get to it and it will suffocate it and it will be gone :) I worked in a podiatrists office and we delta a lot with warts haha

They have freeze spray for warts at walmart. My nephew had a huge one and it got rid of it

If it is a piece of potato with a band-aid covering it or tape to hold it on got rid of one my daughter had on her hand
