40 weeks and 3 days and definitely confused

First off I've been having weird pains, I've been contracting since last friday they come and go, they stay for a good 2-3 hours then stop when they come on they're pretty constant and consistent. But on top of that I've been having a weird discharge smell that I've never had, for about 3 days now, I notice a bleach/chlorine smell. I have been experiencing more discharge definitely more watery then I'm used to. Baby has been moving but he has slowed down definitely. It's mostly the smell that's bothering me when i call into L&D they don't seemed worried about infection because I got tested not too long ago and everything was negative and its been negative my whole pregnancy. The only infection I have is GBS but they never mentioned a smell coming with it.
