Help?! 😫

There is this guy I really like and I told him not long ago and he said back he has feelings for me aswell but he is confused about them. He is a really sweet guy and pretty clear when he is trying to say something but this has gotten me confused. I don't understand what he means but he is confused with what he is feeling toward me. HELP!!  😫
