Plan B problem

Ok so this is my second time taking plan b (yeah I know gotta be more careful). The first time I took it was a couple days before my period was supposed to come, and the plan b made it come a couple days later. Point is, it came. This time, my period ended about 5 days ago (also my period was super long because my birth control fucked up the cycle) and I took the plan b today. My question is: is the plan b going to make my period come again (cause I think 2 weeks of bleeding is not healthy)? If not, is there a way I can tell if I'm pregnant or not, without buy a test? I don't really have the money right now for one since I spent all my money on plan b (again I realize I gotta be more careful). Any advice would be helpful
