Help I don't know what to do

Soooo I'm a 20 years old (until November) sophomore in college and I work at a grocery store and there is this guy that I really like but it's a couple things that wrong with it this . I have a boyfriend that I have been seeing since January that has a lot of drama in his life such as a child no car no place to really live so it's a lot of stress on me I don't wanna give up on him but I'm coming to the point of not wanting to deal with it anymore and he is very disrespectful at time with the things he says. Buttttttt back to the boy at work his still in high school he is 18 though but I just feel as if I'm kinda to old to get to really know him on a dating level. But he is amazing and the sweetest and so handsome!  Can some one help give me advice or something ! Pleaseee thanks
