Sex drive

His sex drive is pretty low atm im always up for it but he doesn't I usually get upset and ask why he says he's tired or too full, when we do it which is about once a week it's so so great but when he doesn't want to do it I get so upset and sad because I feel like he's not attracted to me, even though he says he is. What should I do? I always say im going to just not have sex with him and see how he feels but im usually dying and just give in
