Being a bad wife

I only been married for 1and 6 months, so I still new ( kinda ) last night we had the most biggest fight ever since being toghter and it was all my fault !!! In the morning I had asked him if he could just vauccm the house so when I get home I could just get onto other things to clean in the house believe it or not only two people and a dog can make a big mess and I had not cleaned over month like actually good clean! I have the big OCD & aniexty when house is not clean, so anyways came home it  was not done so I just started cleaning and while I was cleaning I was so anrgy then he asked me what's rong and then it came out I do everything blah blah and he said to me after my heart pumps so much and asked dr why he said depressed like wtf from me !!!!!! I feel so bad I been crying to much like my husband has helped me so much and I adore him so much. I just need advise on marriage like everyone around like my sister had broken up

With her husband and ever since then she always tells me things that I shouldn't let my husband get away never had a good healthy advise. So please help
