My manger loves me?!

Before everyone freaks out I'm of age to be with my manger we are both adults but I'm just curious if he likes me ? everytime I go to work he has a huge smile on his face , and he's super goofy with me. And teases me about everything. He's strict to other people but with me he's different. He always came over and wanted to see what I was doing and last night he said don't miss me to much when I'm gone. Dose he like me? is he flirting? How do I approach this??? 

I have had a crush on him from the start !
