Running out of hope...

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a while now, and as of January 20th, 2016 I thought I should go to my doctor see if something's wrong well he told me that I have PCOS and Endometriosis, So he set me up for surgery, February 5th was my first, then he had me come back February 12, and after that surgery he sent me home and put me on metformin, and yet nothing, I'm currently in my 2ww for this cycle, and I've been watching as everyone is posting they are pregnant with there 1st, 2nd, and or 3rd child.!!  WHAT DO I DO!!!?!? Should I give up, is there anyone that can relate that can maybe give me any kind of hope at all??? Please and thank you ladies.
